You can book or re-book your room online now.

To access the online booking system please CLICK HERE and follow the onscreen instructions.

You can book on-line right away, just complete the online accommodation form to secure your accommodation. Applying for the accommodation does not bind you to a contract, only by signing a tenancy/license agreement are you contracted to the room.

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer have ensuite rooms available. You may still apply online but please be aware that you will be added to a waiting list only and your application will not progress unless ensuite rooms become available.

We may have a limited number of studio apartments available which you can apply for online.

This does not apply to first years who have applied through the university.

All First Year students must apply via the Lincoln University Accommodation Office where you can choose The Pavilions as your preferred accommodation.
If you then have a provisional offer from the Accommodation Office you may apply online in the normal way.

You will be emailed a copy of your tenancy agreement at the time of booking or you can download a copy here. THIS TENANCY AGREEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. If you wish to book a room with Digs, please ensure that an application has been submitted via the online booking system. Once you have completed and submitted your application a copy of the tenancy agreement will be sent to you via email.
